I received my real estate license in 1995, working part time as a Realtor while working full time as a postal worker and received a BBA in Accounting with a specialization in Management. After retiring in 2003 from the post office, I moved to San Antonio to expand my second career in Real Estate as a full-time agent. I have furthered my real estate education by obtaining the GRI-Graduate Realtor Institute and the SRES-Senior Real Estate Specialist designations. I have also completed several other courses to assist buyers including the 1031 exchange, affordable housing program, and short sales.

As a full time agent, I have dedicated my services to my clients, their family and their friends. Assisting them with the facts and advice needed allowing them to make a better decision on their home needs and purchase.

As a realtor in this local area, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise about buying and selling real estate here. The phase “Real Estate is local” means it is not the same everywhere, so you need someone you can trust for up-to-date information in your area of interest. I am eager to serve you.

When it’s time to move, you need someone who will advertise your home, show to prospective buyers, negotiate the purchase contract, arrange financing, oversee the inspections, handle all necessary paperwork and supervise the closing. We can take care of everything you need, from start to close.

Oftentimes buyers don’t visualize living in your home the way you do. We can make your home attractive to its ideal audience – which can help you get top dollar. We recommend things like staging the home, making minor repairs or improvements, or even simply painting the walls.
